AI chatbot: new paradigm of society
As the ai chabot has totally suggested new paradigm of new society, the reaction from researchers were ambitious. healthcare chatbots are created and has been used for many SCI research papers.
However, since many research papers and research methods(systematic review, case study, randomized controlled trial etc) are implementing AI chabot and evaluate its potential use, there are some concerns regarding problems about researches using AI chatbot.
First, since AI chatbot is relatively new thing to the world, not many studies have data about AI chabot and this has been crucial issue such that it could lead to biased result.
Second, ethnical and privacy issue is not safe. Since AI chabot studies require interaction with people, those data earned from interaction should be confidential. Also, AI chabot’s incorrect medical advice in AI chatbot healthcare study showed the not that positive future of AI docters since there is no one to take responsibility, suggesting that the medical area is not prepared for the AI intervention.
